Does anyone know if Prima Car Care is still in business ? I have tried to contact them on their
site but will not go through and a screen says server error. I have called their phone
number several times but have to leave a message and get no response.

 

I have recently gotten the same no response from PRIMA. The website is up and no verification of an order being received with a disconnected phone number listed on the site, For at least 15 years their products have been my favorite car care product line. I guess i'll give Chemical Guys a try.

I use chemical guys and griots as my go to. Griots speed shine and spray wax. Chemical guys extreme body wash and leather cleaner I also use.

I ordered from them in August. They had a special going on and I bought Amigo with a buy one get one on Banana Gloss. No order confirmation for a week, and then randomly I got an email about my order being completed and being shipped. Took not two days additional after that.

I did email them during that first week to no response, and even since.

The site shows a new product, and looks to have been updated product wise since my order. I believe they are still in business haha

 

I bought from Prima in July. Ordered Amigo and got a bogo with Banana Gloss.
I never got an order confirmation from them, but after a week I got an email of my order being fulfilled and shipped. I did try to email to no response from them. Tried calling to no avail as well.
Their website is different now than when I ordered. Seems like a few new products and some other products are gone, so the site is being updated. I believe they should still be in business then. Just my experience though.

no response so i guess they are out of business ....after not being able to contact them and order a fresh bottle of Epic, i purchased the 'Klasse twins' ( klasse AIO and klasse sealant ).......i used
the klasse on my wife's brand new Golf GTI silver, and then used Amigo and Epic, both bottles i don't know, 10 year old maybe?, on my
9 year old Cooper 4 door....they were both easy to apply and remove, both worked well, both bead up nicely and bird crap washes off like a dream, but the 10 year old epic is slicker and feels better, but
over all, happy enough with the klasse
