I've used Meguiars' Plastic Care with great results

I have a buddy that swears by this stuff from Plexus:

Careless cleaning of soft plastic will eventually cause hazing and scratching that is difficult to repair. Having owned three ragtops with plastic rear windows I’ve done quite a bit of plastic care product comparison - - and here is what I have found:

Meguiar’s triplets (#10, #17, #18) are quite popular, but are somewhat difficult to use.

Plexus is the choice of many motorcyclists for routine maintenance. It is a very mild polish that is easy to use.

Novus is the choice for many plastics dealers. It is excellent for repairing hazing and scratching. There are two levels of aggressiveness plus a non-abrasive cleaner.

Plexus is by far the best I've used. It's also great for the headlight and taillight lenses. in addition I use it for the interior wood in my Audi and the plastic enclosure on the boat. It does a terrific job of polishing and removing minor scratches.

Avoid using paper products... only use soft cloth.
