Anyone find a good little vac?
Tried a couple cordless vacs; too weak IMO.
Got one of these:
Shop Vac - All Around
Super useful for both cars and as a canister vac for small jobs around the house. It does have a cord, but it's a nice long one. Shop Vac site has links to web and brick and morter retailers.
Cheers,
James

I have a DeWalt Cordless/Corded Vacuum that I have really been using a lot and enjoying. Plenty of power, takes the same battery packs as the half dozen or more tools that I have as well as being useable with a cord, and it's wet/dry to boot. I recommend it highly.
I got this as a gift. I like it. Not cordless, but all the accessories fit together in a box for easy storage. Its got a long cord and the "tool box" has room for other stuff. Workzone vac

Similar to the other corded vacs is this thing. We have it and it has tons of suck. No bags either which is nice to not have to deal with.
I wish Makita made something similar to that Dewalt vac. They don't have a jobsite radio either which is annoying.

I use the 4hp vac n blo.
Lots of power and nozzles and you can use it as a blower too. No bags - just pull out the filter pocket and blow it clean.
The only bad part is the short cord - I just got an extension cord and leave it attached permanently.
