I discovered a great way to apply tire and trim dressing to my MINI.
When we are away from home, we have a room off of our laundry room that we put our dogs in. It has a couple old recliners in it and a window where they can watch the world go by. A couple weeks ago, one of them freaked out during a thunderstorm and shredded the seat cushion on one of the chairs. While I was cleaning up the debris, I thought of the applicator sponge that Adam's sells. I picked up one of the pieces of seat foam, squirted a little Super VRT on it and tried it out. Worked much better than using a rag
So, next thunderstorm, I picked up a larger piece off of the floor, trimmed it up a little, and now have one the perfect size. I cut a straight edge on one side and left a pointed piece for detail work on the other side. Also left a "handle" sticking up for somewhere dry to hold onto.
