just picked up a clay bar kit at wal-mart , meguiars smooth surface clay kit , 17.00 , best 17.00 i have ever spend!! wow the car looks amazing and soo smooth ! can't wait untill the whole car is done ..

how offen should u do that to your paint ?

 

i did the same thing and it is amazing. I have an 04 bmw 330ci and I used it for the first time and came out looking brand new. A friend of mine clay bars his car about once a year if the car feels gritty to touch or shows some blemishes after waxing.

Definitely once a year or maybe twice, but that is about it. Also make sure you use a lot of lubricant with it.
