Clay bar? Who has the best?
Coming from being a dealership detailer...there's things that work AMAZING, but not sold to the public
The closest thing I've found that I like on an Electric Blue w/ Black top is either Mothers or Meguire's clay bar (depending on your $$) and I personally like to use the Meguire's quick detailer spray to provide the "lubricant" factor. I like it because it itself is "waxy/shiny" and helps #1 to keep the residue from not existing and #2, add alittle as an initial step when it goes to buffing/waxing afterwards.
Everybody has their own way....and their own ideas. Alot goes on $$, you don't want the cheapest thing on the market, or the most expensive. Try a few different products and see what works the best for you. I don't know how "dirty" your top is, but an awesome trick to remove wax and baked on water spots is washing the car with vinegar/water mix.....
