OK, I've tried applying the stuff two different ways and get the same results!

Black wet dots all along the side of my car after driving it.

* First attempt: Sprayed on per instructions but drove immediately afterwards.

* Second attempt: Applied with applicator sponge, let dry in arid AZ heat for 12 hours, then drove.

Product in question is "No Touch" Wet & Protect Tire Finish in an aerosol can.

The Zaino tire dressing... AMAZING. No dots. Anywhere. Just new-looking tires and plastic. New new new--not grossly shiny, not greasy, but brand spankin' new.

It's glorious.

Yea, I'm a Zaino-Head now. Other thread...

I didn't happen to get that tire dressing, but I think I'll do that on a future order! Thanks for the tip!

After application, try buffing the tires to remove the excess product with a clean, dry, towel.

The slinging you're experiencing is common with tire dressings, frequently because of over-application of the dressing.

I've used other products in the past and have not experienced slinging so I can only assume I know how to put on tire dressing.

The product in question is something I bought in bulk at Costco for the price. Now I have three spray cans of the stuff that is called No Touch and if you have to go back over it with a rag, then it shouldn't be called No Touch!!!
