I took my MINI Gianna over to his place a couple days after I got her, let him test drive.. and then...

well his wife called me up and asked a bunch of detailed questions about Gianna, I thought. Wow.. wonder why?

turns out they had a test drive the next day at MOS with Robin, needless to say..
They found something they like on the lot (06 RG MC) and should be picking it up on Sat! Not sure if they'll be able to join us on Sat night (they live in Accokeek).. but it feels good to convert people from drivers to Motorers!

Thanks to Robin and Mike as well, they got them a good deal and of course their charm must have helped the sale :D hahaha..

In Canada, if a MINI owner recommends a customer to buy a MINI and the customer does, the dealership would give the owner a small token of appreciation ... like $150.00

Not sure if that happens in the US or not. You should tell your friend to mention your name to the dealer.

 

It's probably authorized to be done in the US, but I've never heard of a US dealer doing it.
