Has anyone tested the difference in service between the two? Richmond can get me an appointment sooner then Sterling can but I've never been there. Richmond might also be closer.

 

Just picked up my little one from Richmond Wednesday....I am satisified with there work. It took a little while but they gave me something nice to drive while mine healed.
My service advisor is Charles Wilson...pretty good guy.

 

Saturday I had my 10K service done at Crown MINI in Richmond. Made an appointment about a week in advance. Arrived at 9:20 and was on the road about 11:30 or so. No complaints.
