The all important first impression left me very impressed

Had to make an appointment for my 06 SB/S Checkmateto to , to get the VA inspection squared away (purchased at Tate), the driver side Xenon does not seem to be self leveling like the passenger side, and the passenger side rear beltline molding has some issues and will need to be completely replaced (hard to explain whats going on with it). Was easy to make the appointment and when I asked if a loaner was going to be possibe...they said "of course, no problem at all sir"!

Dropped it off this AM...very professional and very easy to deal with. I asked if they had any issues with future mods and they said "not at all, we have a guy here who races them and we can install them if you want us to"!

So far so good....

I was told that they may keep my baby until early next week but in the meantime enjoy the new 325i until then....and off I went!

I don't think it could have gone any easier and they wanted to even chat about the company I work for

 

Good to hear! I generally heard good things about Crown MINI. They're pretty active in the MINI community, too!

They even called me and left me a daily status on what they are doing and waiting on...how about that!

No complaints from me....hope they keep it up!

 

Picked up my little one over the weekend and everything went smooth as expected. The beltline molding was completely replaced and my xenons were squared away as requested.

Nothing but 5's....let's hope they do as well for all of my future service needs.
