Spare tire for the Dragon

Guys !!

I need your input for my final decision.

What should I take for my Dragon trip a the Original MINI donut or one of my run flat tires? Now I have the Dunlop Direzza (17').

I'd choose a regular tire over a donut. You get a whole lot more wear out of a regular tire than you would a donut.

Do you have a spare wheel to go with that tire? I know it would take up alot of space but you wouldn't have to worry about having the tire mounted. That is if you have a spare wheel with tire mounted.

I would opt for the larger if you have room. unless it's unmounted. An unmounted tire isn't going to help you on the highway. As far as reasoning for my choice, That would make for a long drive on a donut that says you should only go 50mph. and If your going to pack a tire anyway you might as well take one close to the size you are currently running.
