I Need MINIUSA or Regional Contact Info
Hi all,
I've taken about as much as I can take with the way Tate MINI has been dealing with my constant SES light issue. So my car is in for the 5th time in 3 months for the same problem, and just today, I get an email from Will that tells me someone BACKED INTO MY HOOD, denting it and messing up the bumper. No one there is taking responsibility for it, and it looks like it sets back my original issue to be dealt with for at least 3 or 4 more days.
I've had it with them and I need to know who I can contact ABOVE the dealership to report their incompetence as well as my demands for how I want the issue to be resolved (preferably a new car, I'm well within my rights to play the Lemon card). My car is cursed, from the disintegrating supercharger to "the SES light that woudn't go out", to the Keystone Techs they have working on it. Any help you all can provide is much appreciated.
