Everybody has a favorite... usually where they know best. Since you live in Silver Spring, it's probably about the same distance for you between Towson and Sterling. Where did you buy the car? That may be the deciding factor, since you'll be more likely to get a free loaner from the dealer that sold you the car.

I'd urge you to run away from MOS. I didn't update the thread, but after a routine call checking on the quality of my visit, I got a call from a VERY POed Tradd who told me to continue bringing the car in until they could figure out what was wrong with the multiple problems with the car. We're now considering selling the car as it's just not worth the hassle of owning it. Maybe Tate will treat you better. I'll never own another car that I either can't wrench on myself or that the service facility is an hour's drive without traffic away to get this level of service.

You obviously have never dealt with a German based company before - their work ethic and educational standards demand perfection. Anything less is completely unacceptable. That's why Tradd was angry - he probably was raked over the coals for your negative report. Reaching for excellence is the goal and MoS is getting closer everyday. Do a search on Tate and their recent lack of accomplishments - they're slipping.

But that's just my opinion
