Now that I've swapped out my wheels with summer tires for 15 inch wheels with all season tires for the winter, I need to get one of the R90's repainted. Anyone know of a good and reasonably priced place to get a wheel repainted in the MD/DC area? I think these wheels are painted and not powder coated, no? What should I expect as a reasonable price quote?

try ye ole wheel shop (?) in elkridge 410-796-8400 they have pretty good reviews.
I had two wheels fixed from wheel worx(millersville 410-969-7301) and they are pretty good also.
never take them to mobile wheel refinisher in annapolis.. their prices are cheap but so is their job.
Also radial tire in silver spring does some wheel repair forgot their phone number.
And any bodyshop should be able to repaint it.

Keep in mind no matter how good you get your repaint done, it'll look different from the other three.
