Tate Mini - Great Job !!
Got my little one back :smile: and it feels like a new MINI. Actually it feels like my old '03. Thanks to Will at Tate, who paid attention to my complains, "Streghina" is now performing as a real MINI. I kept saying that my little one was not peppy and somehow even when I was flooring it on the track the car will not go... My instructor - Marshall Cone SOLO2 MINI Cooper (H Stock) champion - could feel it as well and said that the car needed to be checked.
To make the long story short at the 10K check up they did not pay attention to the car or to me (wonder what they actually did to her) but Will test drove it and got the software upgraded
It looks like that all the little problems are now solved, my top closes as it should, and "Streghina" is nice & shining. Great wash job, too !!!
The last experience at TATE was a great one, Will had a loaner for me (MCSa with only 361 miles), kept me informed on the job status and returned my calls in a timely fashion. Definetly a 5. Thank you.
I really hope the service mgr at Tate keeps Will around for a long time

I never thought I'd live to see the day when Marina actually praised the service dept. at Tate. Wait...do I see a flying pig overhead?!
I'm very glad that Streghina is all better. I'm even gladder that Will seems to be doing what he's s'posed to. Here's hoping things continue to improve.
