I'm going to make it a 2 day trip, as I don't relish a solo 9 hour drive. Last year, Paul and I stayed in a great hotel in Abingdon, Va. That'll be my Tues. night stop....Would love to have a caravan companion if possible.

 

Michael and I are leaving Tuesday, but probably not until after work (6 to 7 pm) and we will just try to get as far as we can with rush hour. I figure if we can get three hours down the road, that will make the drive easier on Wednesday. We'll be taking both MINIs and also don't want to do nine hours solo.

 

hmmmm....I'll be leaving late AM, as my night vision isn't great. If you can make it to Abingdon, then we could motor together on Wed. If you can't that's ok...we'll see each other eventually.

 

Katie, why don't you PM koolmini to see what his motoring to the Dragon schedule is? He may want to meet you in Abingdon!
