Yes, it is way too late for you!

What a nice event. Thanks very much to Mike for pulling the route together along with the history of the railroad. Nice photo stops. Plentiful bathroom breaks! Also thanks to Harper for bringing down his maps and guides to signals and giving us all a little education on the rails during the last photo stop.

Our next event is the December 11 Annapolis Christmas boat event. Stay tuned for a dinner in December, our annual Holiday party in January and another Tech Day in January 2005.

We had a great time - too bad we couldn't finish out the drive with y'all (we were the IB/IB S that departed from the group @ Wal-Mart).

Jen , it was a pleasure to finally meet you and to get some time away from the headache of weekend home improvement. Incidentally some of those roads are the usual weekend fare for us - it's our home turf. We usually do New Cut after church (the one we passed in Ellicott City, St. Paul's) but the group missed out on the wackiness of Bonnie Ridge.

Maybe next fall!

Hope to see you for the Dec. run!!!

BTW, Mel and Alan (sp?), it was great to meet you guys as well.

Marty (and Deborah)

ditto, nice run. did anybody get a picture of the aquaduct we went under at the very beginning......???

roads were a bit of fun, tried SD extensively.....a little bit better than +/- with a nice sensitive pedal, and no shifting. gas mileage did not seem to be impacted in any great manner.

ok, back to getting the plastic window trim fixed.

I'm glad so many people were happy with the R&R route. Here's a little sectret: it was originally conceived to run in the other direction.

My idea was to have it end at the B&O Museum roundhouse. That was over a year ago, but I learned that a snow storm has collapsed the roof the prior February. As it turned out, the museum reopened to the public the Saturday of this run.

Well, maybe if we decide to run a rally with this theme again next year, I’ll find a way to end up at the old roundhouse. Thanks to all those who helped me with the planning and organization of this route.
