I was just curious what location you all are mounting the DCMM cling

Currently I have mine on the front windshield in front of the mirror.

Is one location better than another so that is it easier to spot a fellow member

See ya, B.

I've seen a few on the bottom right side of the windshield, and they look pretty sweet there! Not sure what the local laws are, but it's easy enough to peel off if a LEO doesn't like it!

Mine has been moved to the bottom right part of the windshield. I liked having it on the back but with the tint you can now no longer see it.

I'd put mine on the back window, but my tops always down

I have Cecilia's in the upper corner of the passenger side windshield. Of course I also have my grille badge on as well...but seeing as how most of my driving is without windows, and when they are up there is 18% tint...you can only see it on the windshield!

I think it's been covered before and essentially "wherever you want", but I look for it in the driver's side rear window, that's the window behind the driver's side, not the rear window ... I am passing you after all wink, wink, nudge, nudge. The point being, you show your sticky so it can be seen, and I don't know about you, but I get my best viewing time out the side window when I'm looking for DCMMers ... not the rearview mirror.

No worries, I'll wave regardless of the location and post my "I saw you" in the appropriate thread here, shame on you if you don't reply.

G'Day

Just put mine on the passenger rear window. I thought about the driver's side rear, but MINI decided to put a sticker there.

Didn't like the idea of the side rear windows because i have some ALTA stickers there.

...Cling as you have pass side corner. I bought a DCMM magnetic badge though and put that just to the left of the rear tag. Rear window doesn't work as you say since tops usually down!

Renewals get new name badges only. A cling should have been in your welcome packet you received when you signed up initially.

I put one of the magnetic badges on Wensley's boot lid next to the plate one time and the damn thing blemished the paint

I had to do quite a bit of rubbing to remove it ! That ended any further thoughts of magnets on paint !

I've gotten into making my own badges with the Staples Magnetic "Paper" and the results are good. I'll have a few of them this weekend if anyone is interested seeing them.

When I get some time (yeah right) I want to modify one of the grill holders to attach to the rear license plate frame, I'll need to fab a bracket but it shouldn't be too hard to do.

Cheers,

Mike

I tried the magnet sticker paper...The only problem is it destroyed itself when it rained.
