Hey DCMM!! We need a new Event Coordinator for the club. Maxicooper has done a wonderful job these past months, and he is ready to step down to focus on a new job (in real life!) THANK YOU Chris, you have done a wonderful job since I turned it over to you.


But this now leaves us with an open position. We would love to have someone come fill this position. Here are a few details about the position:

• NOT a board position
• NOT required to be at all events, nor create all events
• Manage the club calendar: Making sure that there aren't more than one OFFICIAL DCMM event on any given day
• Assisting the creator of the event to create a calendar posting, as well as a thread stickies
• Ensure the creator of each event is familiar with the guidelines the club has set up for events, has access to waivers, etc...
• Contact the local dealerships the Wednesday before the monthly breakfast to remind them we are coming

I know there seems to be a lot more involved with this position, but really this is the basic of all basic duties.
