Thanks for the comments ! T'was one of those spur of the moment things.

BTW, STILL trying to name her.... thinking about 1 of 4....

1) Emma (as in Emma Peale (yup... aging myself ... Diana Rigg)

2) Ms. Brahms - the cockney wench from "Are you being served"

3) Twiggy

4) Mawa (phonetic spelling of small (female) in Polish)

Nice pics. You must live somewhere where you dont receive much snow? Up here in Maine this year you could have the same photo op about every other day it seems. We have had almost 5 feet of snow this year and more is supposed to be coming in about 3 hours!

No worries, we DCMMers love hearing from other MINIfolk!

As for the pics, LOVE them! I really like the first one.

As for names, I like Miss Brahams. I remember watching that show, very funny indeed!

Cute pics. Looks like there was lots of snow in MD. Old Town got mostly sleet and ice... maybe .5 inches of snow. The trees and shrubs look good though.

As to a name, yeah, Emma is good. Anyone remember the car Diana Rigg drove in "The Avengers"? And, that she was Mrs. James Bond? (In 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service')

Funny on your name choices. My wife's '05 is Twiggy and mine is Emma (after the hot Mrs. Peale). I was leaning towards Duke for mine but Emma kind of grew on me. Great shots - I really liked the peaking out from behind the tree! Glad our snow turned to rain up here.

Whilst I love Diana Rigg, her voice is quite lovely not to mention.........

There is already a MINI named "Emma" (more than one I'm sure) so Miss Brahams would be unique, not to mention her "Cheeky" attitude that is so fitting of a MINI.

As for Emma kicking Miss Brahams ***, I don't know about that, Miss Brahams is a tough gritty East Ender !

The fact is, in their day they were both hotties and yes, they have both aged quite gracefully

Here's Wendy Richard as Miss Brahams (left side !) with Mollie Sugden as Mrs. Slocombe.

Great show, you can catch re-runs on PBS on Saturdays

Cheers,

Mike

Besides you're from Maine - we're always crashing into people's parties (or guardrails).
