Would I be able to get emblems removed? I'm looking to get the cooper s badge removed from the boot while it is getting it's windows tinted. The car should be there from 11-12 or 1-2 on friday.

 

I can give you some dental floss and you can do it your self. or I can charge you a bunch of $$ for me to do it

They come off really easy. just slide about four layers of dental floss in between each letter. [then clean up the rest of the adhesive with your finger nail and some lighter fluid.

I would just clean it really well. Mike does some stuff, but I would rather do, plus it saves time so he doesn't get behind.

I just wanted to say thanks to DC Metro and Mike for coming out. I love the new stripes.

On a sad note...on the way up from Va beach I had learned my little puppy was seriously hurt. My wife renee stayed home and relayed the bad news that we were going to have to put her down. So if I seemed not so excited or in a rush to leave....now you know why. I tried very hard to hold back and not let it ruin the day.

Renee actually did like the yellow. She thought it looked better than she anticipated.

So.... who has noticed an increase in the amount of "check out that Mini!" rubbernecking? Huh? Huh? 'Fess up! I have!

The biggest fan of this car so far has been the Harley/Mustang crowd here at work. It's a shame Mike can't make it out this way more often, I could line up a bunch of Mustangs, they were *most* impressed!

 

I wish I could have made it to the event, but I just took delivery of my mini on Saturday and had to work Sunday, so I was unable to attend. I really want to get my sunroof tinted.
