I graduated from Mason nearly a decade ago. I am officially the last person to receive a BS in Geology degree from GMU. For some idiotic reason they changed the science degree to a BA.

I don't get up there much anymore, mostly because I despise the traffic.

 

I'm a Mason grad now living in Alabama. Can I be a member, too?

 

I'm a current student at GMU, and just recently bought a Mini. There are LOTS of them on campus. 2 park next to each other in the faculty lot,and on Monday nights, there is usually another one parked near, or next to mine when i get out of class. Nice to see the community sticking together.

EDIT: I go to the Fairfax Campus, and park in the "A" lot by the Patriot Center...only park in "K" (i believe) by the lake if there's no parking in "A"

 

My wife is at Mason. However, she doesn't get to drive the Mini

I am there once a week usually, so I'll look out for you all

im still parkin in sandy creek, but i pass plenty of minis around the circle... and there are more minis parking in SC now as well

if you all are at the JC stop by the STAR lab for a chat... it will also help my reputation at the office. for some reason they all think im obsessed with minis, i dont know where they get that from

 

I go to class on Wednesday afternoons (the 4:30-7:10 ones), and park on the bottom floor of Sandy Creek, close to the northern enterance (close to the elevators).

 

I'm a Mason alumna with a Mini...does that count?

might be headed back within the next yr or so for a master's though!

 

Lol usually get caught up in the cabrio forums that are higher up on the main page. Anyways, I'm at GMU and a current student. Usually park in Lot K this semester. I'm the BRG MCS with the White top and White 16" rims with bonnet stripes and Rally lamps. Probably won't see me this week since my car's in the shop... the dreaded mushrooming strut tower problem has hit me Anyways, just check my gallery for what to look for.

 

If you're on here; thanks to the girl who gave me a ride to my Mini in your Mini today while trying to find a parking space.

Felt great to get a ride in somebody else's Mini, only to get out and drive yours home. Shows that there is plenty of Mini love around.

Don't know if anyone else has seen it but I keep seeing this yellow r56 mini in lot K this semester... has vanity license plates.. can't remember the tag

 

look a mini thats almost identical to mine.... its the closest yet!!!
i snapped this in the parking lot at the giant in university mall... but my coworkers say they have seen it on campus... yay!

I plan on taking my camera soon to get a pic of the 2 staff parking MINI's that ALWAYS park next to each other. Always brings a smile to my face while walking to class.

 

its funny- i see so many minis in the garage, but i dont think any of them are people who are posting here... where are these people posting? are they posting? there are so many minis..... come say hey! : ]

my sister is a graduate student at mason. if u see a teal colored 2007 mazda 3 hatchback, thats her! if u wave, she'll probably wave back, because i have already talked her ear off about the mini "cult" and the "wave". lol.... i think she is jealous that of my mini, since she could have gotten a new mini for the same price as her car.

 

We don't wave at Mazda's!!! Just Kidding!

 

I guess all the MINI's I see outside the garage aren't on here either.

Spotted a yellow R56 leaving campus the other day.

 

I go to Marymount. Its kind of down the street from your Arlington Campus so i'm there every now and again. I'll wave if I see ya.

I haven't had any yet; but having a test the class before your FINAL test isn't much fun. Been spending a LOT of time studying for them this semester. Trying to earn good grades to wrap up my college years.

The MINI count on campus seems to be growing rapidly- i see at least 2 minis coming and going every day now-
