Hey all, this would be an overnight event. I have a feeler over @ PhillyMINI and this could be pretty fun. Here is what I am thinking

If I get some interest, I will see if PhillyMINI can find us a good rate on a hotel and perhaps have a run around the city or something.

This, of course, would be a Halloween event.

Kurt, do you think Helix would like to join us in this?

 

If I were to go, I'd need to bunk up with someone(s) for the night. But I'd love to goto this.

For those who don't want to stay overnight, it is only a 2-2.5 hr drive... But I am TOTALLY up for this. Ever since 1)Shawshank Redemption, and 2) Ghost Hunters, I have wanted to go there and get the #### scared outta me I bet they put on a FANTASTIC haunted house!

 

we might be able to get some of the NEMINI or US MINI Club (Long Island) involved. I would certainly motor down for an event like this...

I dislike haunted houses (I don't do scared well....) but like Philly and would be up for an overnight run. I can stay outside and baby sit MINIs while you all go inside.

Wow! This would be a great way to meet a few out of towner Minis. I'll have to pass this by the DH. I'll have to get him to put this time aside from the quadding/camping schedule for October.

Anyone bringing their kids? Mine will be 13 and I think would really enjoy it.

 

Hmm. Everyone could going to this jail could wear short skirts, no underwear, and say 'That's Hot' a lot and you could call it the 'Be Paris Hilton rally'.

I personally am not interested, but I think the hubster will be, especially if he can go with a group of people. He loves Ghost Hunters and Most Haunted. Most Haunted recently did an 8 hour live event at ES Pen.

Back to this, is there interest, should we look into this more? or just leave it? I for one, am interested! but I am not going to look into doing this if there isn't significant interest since it will involve overnight, etc...

My husband is interested and could be enticed to stay over night. I'm not sure it's safe for pregnant women to participate in.

 

I REALLY wanted to do this. I love halloween. But Paul! and I will be out of town that weekend. Maybe next year

Actually, we are planning to go to the Dyno event...bringing both MINIs in case there is time to get all the cars in. Plus Paul have been on a night shift for the past several weeks, with no idea when it will end. He sleeps during the day.
