This car has most of the Dinan catalog, including:

Dinan cat-back exhaust
Dinan stage 5 tune, incorporating all mods
All of this nets 207hp

Suspension:
Koni FSD dampers
Hotchkis adjustable rear sway bar
Hotchkis rear lower control arms
Hotchkis springs
Ireland Engineering front strut Mounts
M7 strut tower reinforcement/ brace

Look to learn more about autocross and attend some mini meets

Quick update blacked out beltline and got the mini tinted
35% on Windshield, 5% all around

 

Dude! your mini is sick! R53 mini with Dinan performance upgrades it has got to scream! do you have any idea what your torq/whp your sitting at?

Also, how is it driving at night with your windshield tinted? i have 5% on my sides and have seriously about pulled the trigger numerous times but something always holds me back....I imagine you can see out your side windows alot better now that there isnt that much light into the cabin now.

I am also very soon going to have my side windows done with 15% over the 5% and might just get the windshield done the same time depending on your comment.

And for the tint i have a buddy works at a tint shop so ive expiremented with a lot, previously on my tahoe i went with 20% with 5% ontop all around and 25% on Winshield hehe with HIDS i could still see but that was a lifted cruiser, went with 35% cause ill be rocking hid fogs and headlights and be going faster but once you get used to it it gets easier, first couple days seem dark,and i advise any windhsield tint even 40%-45% makes a great sun/heat/look difference! and i love 5 on side couldnt go more than 2 days of owning this car without tint!

 

Nice! thanks, you just sold me! I have the xenon package on my mini so ill be able to see alot better then with any halogen light..Duh!

And i agree, minis should be tinted from the factory IMHO. I had my mini done 2 days after i got her home and that was because Christmas was a day after lol. I think it has gotten to the point of obsession with tint for me though. 5% isnt dark enough anymore as i can still see slightly through the windows the windshield will help that issue but it want it BLACK so 15 over the 5 and 35 on the windshield. i know if i do 45-50% ill regret it and just bring it down to 35 lol.

Have you been harassed by the cops though? not that i care im just curious lol

 

Warned once, after 3 years of 25% on shield and 5 ontop 20% rest

 

3k Hid fogs should come intoday, and also went to lowes and picked up plastidip to see how it came up, did a extra headlight ring i had and liked it, tomorrow ill be doing a full blackout rings,gascap, front grill,and maybe handles, also be putting in my fogs, will have pix

 

So, DDM said they had sent my foglights but they wont be here till friday, and on saturday ill be removing my stripes and taking off the OEM Driving lights w/ wiring and switch *havent set price will be for sale monday* Also plastidipd and clear coated my mirror caps till a guy on here sends me his chrome ones and here some pictures when lights and stripes removed will take some nice pictures outside garage

With all the Dinan gear where's your Dinan STB? How come you went with the M7. Don't get me wrong I love the M7. Just curious?

Quick update: So i always wanted bbs rs or lms in gold but they were taking to long to find and i HAD to get new tires so i wanted to get rims at the same time so i went with bronze sparco drifts they should arrive friday my tripod also came in for my nikon so i cant wait to take some pics of the new wheels and new dash

 

So they came in a day early mounting them in a couple hours and will have pics on car tonight cant wait to see how they look

I have been looking for your car all over Charleston, when I drive to class, and around town. Haha. I have had no luck. My car needs a good photo shoot buddy. Haha. If you see the laser blue with a 3 on the side, yell.

 

That's a great looking mini. My hometown is also Charleston. This looks like the Daniel Island boat ramp. I drove my ' 05 hyper blue/black top MCS to school everyday.

 

There are a ton of MINIs in Charleston, but most of them are either older people and college girls who got them because they are cute. I wave at people in MINIs every day I leave class at CofC. Some wave, and others are oblivious or really confused. Haha.
