I have a 2012 Countryman S All4 and recently acquired a set of 2019 JCW Countryman wheels for almost nothing. I was wondering where I can grab adapters to fit them with. Also how wide of a stance can I go? Original specs were 205/55-17 and the JCWs are 225/55-18. Only issue is the JCW has a smaller inside center.

The old R60 is a BMW wheel spec, whereas the new F60 uses the Mercedes spec. See the following images.
The adapters below will take care of the center bore issue as well as the lug pattern change while providing a new centering flange for the 66.6mm wheel bore. As for flush ... I recall there being a reasonable amount of fender overhang in the front of the R60. I'd recommend holding a yard stick to the fender, measuring the gap, and then running the offset calculations to figure out where the face of your new kicks will be with various spacer thicknesses. If I had to guess, you'll probably want the thinnest spacers available that are the type pictured below. For this reason, the link below should take you to the 17mm versions, which qualify as such.

I like how it fills the wheel well and pushes it out a little. Only bad thing is the TPMS is not compatible. Let’s see how long it takes me to be irritated at the dummy light and shell out more money that what I paid for the wheels/tires combo. 😅
