Hmmm.... this forum is entitled "Wheels, Tires & Brakes". You might get a response by posting in the "Fixing Problems & Issues" forum.

 

Common issues on early CM clutch replacements which you note and seem to have read. MINI assurances aren't worth much as I have found out, you need to aggressively push back on them until they wake up.

Yeah agree that you are in the wrong area of the forum.
