Better of two downpipes?

I know a few of you are running the Way Motor Works downpipe and he ATP turbo down pipe. WMW is 2.5" one piece and ATP is 3" two piece (according to pic on their site) which one is better with ease of installation and sound/performance in your guy's experience? My CM has manic stage 1 (looking to prep for stage 2), forge IC, custom 2.5" exhaust and a aFe panel filter.

If you plan to get a 2.5 inch exhaust, then there is no reason to increase to 3 inches and then squeeze back down to 2.5.

That said, the better one is the one that transitions smoothly to 3 inches so you can run a 3 inch exhaust.

Less backpressure = faster spool and more power from your turbo.

technically more volume behind the turbo is always better, but typically no need to get a 3'' when the rest of the exhaust is 2.5'' but this wont make too much of a hinderence. if the DP was 3'' and the rest of the exhaust is 2'' that will make a difference

Another reason we didn't make a 3 inch is the exh gas velocity drops as the turbo just doesn't push enough to warrant it. Let alone it would be a tight fit around the manifold

Clearly it's time for a bigger turbo!
