Ecu

I just sold my 2004 which had an Evotech Ecu Flash. I now was looking to get my ecu flashed on my 2002. Which company do you feel is the best? Evotech was good. Its just hard beacuse the car will be down for 3 days if I buy from EvoTech again. I was looking for a company that I could just bring the car to and they could flash it right there and save me a couple of days.
Thanks

MTH-USA -- NO. If you want MTH please see the DMH web site.
"MTH-USA" in no way affiliated with the original German company MTH (Motorentechnik Hoelzl). Meaning: "MTH-USA" is a company who themselves reserved the mth-powerchip.com and mth-usa.com domains, and "adopted" the MTH logo/appearance. "MTH-USA" is a company dealing in MTH software; but is neither a MTH subsidiary or branch.

GIAC is $325 (plus a possible $50 installation fee).

ProfessorDave has it and is very happy with it. He got it done at Helix Minisports in PA. Any GIAC installer should be able to do the flash.

Here is a link to the GIAC thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=74169

Here's the GIAC U.S. Dealers page: http://www.giacusa.com/dealers.php

Too bad there isnt a shop near me that has it. So I would have to mail it in like the Evotech.

You could also check out Fireballed! Racing, http://www.fireballed.com/ .

They are in Cali and could be an option. Heard some good things about their ECU flash.

Already mentioned above, but MTH is a self-install that does not require sending in your ECU or visiting a local dealer. See dmhmotorsports for more information. Don is very responsive if you email him.
