Hi everyone,

I'm new to minis and new to the forum. I just got two minis one is a 2010 clubman base, and the other is an 09 cooper base. The clubman had a bad engine and the cooper is wrecked. The clubman is an automatic and the cooper is a 6 speed. See where I'm going with this... So, I have the engine and transmissions out of both cars. I have a few questions... First, how far do I need to go with the electrical swap? I'm assuming the ECU and harness going through the firewall need to be swapped? BCM? I have the keys for both vehicles as well. If I didn't have the parts car I wouldn't even attempt this, but I have under 4k into both and would like a manual clubman. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
