08 mini n/a

Hello everyone thank you for taking the time to read this. I will first start off with saying I'm new to the mini game. I have ran multiple BMW in auto cross and I love the feeling of all motor so I wanted to do something different I want to do a n/a mini for autocross I know many will say I should do an S but I love the response of a n/a car what upgrades should I purchase first motor and ecu wise. I will be doing a lot of suspension work I would like to get somewhere close to 140+whp. Please and thank you for your help.

I think you will find it difficult to achieve that much WHP in a Mini without boost, but I lend my .02 here for you!

The three best modifications I made to my R56 when I had it, were the Torque Arm Insert Bushing by NM, Cold Air Intake by DDMWorks, and Performance Rear Sway Bar by H Sport. Together, these mods added some power and torque, limited engine movement and crisped response, and elminated a lot of understeer. Other that, I would look at a solid set of coilovers and some good wheels, tires, and brakes. That should net you a nice build
