MC from Asia asking for performance enhancement

Hello everyone!

This is a '02 silk green MC owner from Asia. (Sorry for my poor english)
With limited financial budget and knowledge of car mod, i have done the following mod to my slow cooper:

Performance mod:
K&N drop in filter (considering to purchase a DDM)
catback exhaust (a bit big oval) extend to middle position
Bluefin superchip
Wind booster (cheaper version of SB)
Ultra racing strut brace
BC suspension BR type
Ferodo brake pads
Rear adjustable arms
17 chrome rims and 215/45 Z1* tires
BMW factory coolant
(Eibach rear sway bar is under shipping)

Cosmetic mod:
CF Front lip
OEM JCW roof spoiler
JCW front grill
Various chrome trims internal and external
Projector dash board
Sonar LED and projector lens headlamps
10000k HID for for headlamp/fog lights
Silver/Black britain flag sticker car roof

May I have you gents opinions on any other upgrade will make my car be faster and better handling? its very understand that R50 could never be fast as a R53/R56, nevertheless I want my car could be more outstanding among other R50 and be more fun on driving.

I know header and cyl head upgrade are good but its a bit over my budget, also may break local laws in my living city.

btw, I am considering to get ignition and spark plug upgrade.

May i have you gents opinions on which brand and plug type suit my car?

Thank you you all in advance
