What modifications do I need to do to make it fit?

 

I think all spoilers are universal on the R56. Just remove 5 bolts and put on the other one. I'll know for certain here in a couple of days when I replace my rear hatch. Got rear ended so I'm swapping out a regular cooper hatch that I found at a junk yard and putting on my JCW.

 

That's what I heard to, but does anyone have confirmation? I mean it looks like nothing really. 5 bolts? I'm not sure how technical a MCS wing can be

 

They definitely are interchangeable because there are people here on NAM who swap all the time

DUDE! there's someone in NYC who wanted to trade!! I forgot his user name, let me look it up for you.

 

Someone PM'd me a few days ago about it but he had a regular black roof, not an astro black roof.

 

Who is it because I live an hour north of NYC and would want to trade for a black one!

Yea I have been waiting for an opportunity like this to happen but it is even tougher for you because of the astro black color instead of plain black. Good luck and if i ever see anything I will direct them your way!

 

Drewstermalloy there is an astro black s spoiler in the marketplace as of this morning and I knew you were looking thought i would let you know if you didn't see it already!

I've done this modification the WE before yes it fits perfectly ; you might also put the JCW one (I've already sawn a cooper with it's ridiculous lol).

Go to my gallery I have a OxyBlue and I put a white MCS on mine I got from a friend in Vegas who sold it to me. I has only 2 bolts to take off. I did it myself in 10 mins. top (it took that long since Dad wanted to help and i kept trying to get him to let me do it and go away, since he is a modder himself wth his Mercedes),anyways, I got to do it all by myself and it was a fun install, no brainer and love how it make my Mini look.
