Shaking Car

Every once in a while when leaving in first gear my car shakes pretty violently. This usually happens when the car is cold or warming up. I have no idea what it could be because of the fact that it doesn't happen all of the time. Engine/tranny mounts maybe? Transmission itself? Does any one else have this issue with their car.
I have an 02 if that makes any difference.

grab your lug wrench and tighten any one of the front wheel lugs, if the wheel moves quite a bit then you're in need of new bushings. it WILL move slightly but more than 3/4" of movement is a sign
