Cooper (non S) Modifications specific to the MINI Cooper (R50).

Anyone remove baffles from stock airbox?

I would definitely imagine so, probably losing a significant amount of power at that point due to heat soak. Roots type blowers are known to add a good amount of heat. Out of curiosity, and to totally divert my thread into oblivion, do you see elevated water temps when running full boost for long periods at your level? That was my main bugaboo when running centrifugal blowers on v8's, past a certain amount of boost, it was difficult to control head temps during sustained runs. Well that and keeping the stock block together. ;-)
