Can trust e-manage piggyback use in R56 cooper?

I seriously doubt it. Valvetronic setup on the non S coopers is pretty sophisticated and I don't think emanage can handle it. They have a vmanage that does variable valve timing... that being said I don't think it can handle valvetronic either. Sorry 
The emanage also I think has a hard time with bosch 60-2 crank triggers and the like, its more tailored for JDM apps.
