Does anyone have a good idea about where to install or place cup holder(s)? If you have pictures that would be great!

5 months ago I posed the question but no one answered - MiniTec came up with this for which I am thankful - so if it helps, here's an option for cup holders in a classic Mini. (I posted this also in the MTK thread but wanted it in here too for posterity's sake)

 

You'd almost have to do a cruch/situp to get a drink. Could be a good way to work off caleries. Lol

 

Tis true...BUT it still an option to the between the legs route...

 

Mine are on the doors, with junk pockets, they were on the car when I bought it so I can't tell you the source, but the interior was done by Mini Kids in Japan, http://www.minikids.co.jp/index.htm

I want to get those (the door pockets, that is)! The web link you gave is kinda hard to read since it is in Japanese. I've seen wood trim kits before just not one with a cup holder built into the pocket.

Any info anyone?

I want to add a couple more on the floor crossmember between the seats because I keep an ashtray in my door pocket cupholder, the dash one is too hard to use, and too small anyway. Manuel
