Those come in various designs including Union Jack...to protect from gas sloshing out of ill fitting caps and those who are clumsy with the filler hose.

If your'e old enough to drive, you should know how NOT to slop gasoline all over you car. If you do you need to be re-trained

I agree, it's ugly too

How come ist says it's yellow on one side and black on the other but the picture on the car is red

Do they make them for oil, coolant, brake fluid etc.

Leaving it there all the time may be tacky but sliding it on for a fill-up and then taking it off wouldn't be a bad thing. Then again, that might take longer than waiting for the nozzle to stop dripping. . . =o|
