Clutch/Flywheel Removal

Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question. Can somebody please provide advice/guidance on how to remove this plate. I am trying to remove my flywheel. Thank you in advance.

Try tapping it with a hammer around the center while prying on it. It may be a bit rusted on the locating pins.

He posted this on The Mini Forum (UK) too, and he already got the unfortunate answer. This is an automatic trans car, and by removing the bolts in the center has pretty much destroyed the torque converter.
