Which car got this badge on the front of the hood?

Rally, that looks to me like a British Leyland badge. My friend Danny's classic has a similar badge as well...

This page looks like it may be an MK IV ?

The leyland one appears to have the L within a wreath

badge isnt really clear, but its either a Leyland, even tho no L, or a Morris era badge.

Looks like a 1974 ish.
