Starting almost 30 years ago with a very lightly-used rally Mini, one of the first things done to this Cooper S was to engineer it for a 1.8 RS VTEC engine implant. Not one bid on it either......I'm sure it goes like stink, but that's the problem with custom cars, one person's vision does not always translate to others.
