my water temp gauge spikes to top n stay there once i turn my 71" mini cooper inno i connected a voltage stabilizer with no difference.... if i connect 12v n neg wire stays off or on down down position once i connect sending unit spikes up to top n stays there goes back off once i turn off mini dont know what else to do thanks in advance

 

have you looked at a wiring diagram, have you cleaned the terminals on the sender unit, check the stabiliser, and wiper switch feed to stab, and fuse 3-4.......
