I tried to post a few things, but it won't work.
It simply restarts the ad creation page when I submit my ad.
So..
Are they broken on this site?
Are they going to work again ever?
Where else can I sell some stuff I am parting out?

I've noticed that the counters have been stuck at 0 for a while. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to come back. Classics really don't take priority on this site. Try www.minimania.com They have pretty active for sale listings, and more eyeballs on that site are into the classic Mini. Good luck!
