Roller rockers

I am considering adding a set of roller rockers and would like the forums feedback.
The motor is a Richard Longman built 1293A+ with mild cam and dual HS4s.
Should I go with 1.3 or 1.5 ratio? I drive it every day.
Also, has anyone tried the 123 distributor and been satisfied with the results?

Thank you

Schwab

Sorry I can't comment on the rockers, but the 123 distributors are supposed to be worth every penny. No more wandering timing. I've been thinking about one for my A-series.

BTW, welcome to the forum. Do you have any pictures of your ride?

If you like racing your motor then use the 1.5's, but for everyday use I would go for the 1.3's as these are close to the standard rockers and will help smooth out idle.

I have the 123 distributor in my mini and found it very reliable and worth the money. i would suggest setting it on a dyno to find the right setting as I did the old trail and error and it took me awhile, but I found the right setting for my 1380 and I haven't had to mess with it since.
