How do you determine if a 2000 Mini Cooper S is one of the last 50 that can be brought into the state as a show/display? Are the last 50 produced by John Cooper Garages considered one of the last 50? Anxious to find out as I'm wanting to purchase one.

 

The last 50 had a numbered plaque and certificate saying what production number (out of 100 i think) it is.
