Will these fit?

I'm looking at buying this HID retrofit for my classic. I'm wondering if it will fit in my classic without a front flip. Will I have to modify a bunch of stuff to get it to work? The retrofit is complete and ready to be wired in, but I'm holding off on buying it until I know that it will fit into my stock mini without canibalizing the current headlight parts.
The guy I am buying from has a front flip on his vtec mini. I'm basically wondering am I gonna have to go in and cut a bunch of stuff to get it to work? Is there a cup behind the current mini headlight that will have to be removed/cut out? Anything you guys know would help.

In the next two photos, it's the smaller black one.

The headlight cup just unscrews and you can get a replacement one if you wanted. I'm not sure what will hold the new lights to the fender so you may need to cut the cup and just use the part that holds the sealed beam in. You also may have a air duct inside of the fender that may get in the way???
