I might end up selling the 78 shell (with title) that i have tucked away in my garage soon to fund my current mini project......

 

When I living in the UK I paid $700 for a 1979 Mini Special in poor condition as it need a full front end restoration. Then we bought a 1972 Mini 1000 (great shape) for $1200. The we found a great deal on a Mini 95 (Van) for $2000. Usually these run $4000 and up, but the person need money ASAP.

just because im 15 doesnt mean that i am an idiot. I know for a fact that you can get one there for under 500 bucks. I asked three owners this summer for how much theyed be willing to sell for. 2 said 100 maltese lire, which is about 350 dollars american. They needed a paint job tune up and new shocks, but not much else. Then there was a 81 that i nearly bought for 400 lire (1200 bucks or so) that was semi restored with a spare fully rebuilt 1000cc engine, front subframe with disks and all. it needed some fresh paint but it ran pretty good when i drove it. (yes, i know how to drive a stick )

So do not scrutinize me because of my age and my innability/forgetfullness to take pictures.
