i got bullet racing mirrors for my mini and one has a longer neck than the other. is the one with the longer neck supposed to go on the passanger side or the drivers side? thanks for the help...

 

The driver side bullet mirror has a little wing on it and the passenger side is just round and flat. I'll try to find a picture of what i'm talking about...

I'm looking at getting bullet mirrors, too, but what you have described sounds to me like mismatched mirrors, though. FWIW, Here's the description of the one's I'm considering, which are sold both at 7ent and Minimania: There are photos of these mirrors on both sites, but I'm too lazy to "borrow" one and repost it here.

Mini door knows it will not fit a Mini properly. This mirror is designed specifically for the Mini and will give the proper angle for viewing. The special curved base is the trick. They fit only the specified side.
