Why would you need power steering on a Mini? Parked with the engine off, I can turn the steering wheel with 1 hand.

Maybe because Jack Knight primarly makes race parts, and on a race car that can give you a few tenths of a second advantage? I'm just pulling stuff out of my rear... I know that the Performance Manual speaks very highy of the JK tuning parts, but they all seem suited more for the racer/serious tuner than the daily driver crowd...
