I purchased a Texas flood Mini Cooper S from a company in Kentucky, I saw photos where the water had just made it past the door threshold. I had difficulty getting the title, but had been given a 30 day temporary tag allowing me to drive the unit. There was no water in any of the fluids, no interior or exterior damage.I did replace a module under the drivers seat for the navigation. This is a very, very nice clean unit that drives perfectly. Now my problem, the insurance company had to issue a "red" or junk title that indicates the unit cannot be registered in ANY state nor driven on the roadway. I was not aware of this until recently as I have had, problems getting the title. I now have a CARFAX and a Clear title.The vehicle is black with white strips, Mini Coupe S with an engine configuration 14 , 1.6 turbo, made in Oxford England Year 2015.The unit has a standard transmission, and is an absolute pleasure to drive. As indicated , I amenable to sell the unit EXCEPT for PARTS for $8,000.00.
