Hey, if anyone is looking for something fun to do next Friday night (Jan. 19th) and you feel like taking a little road trip up/down/over to Libertyville (because that's what MINIs like to do on a Friday night), our band will be playing in the Amber Room at Mickey Finn's Brewery.

We play from 10pm until 1ish. However, Mickey's has great food, so you could make an evening of it...should be a good time.

Unfortunately I won't be bringing the MINI down, too much gear to haul...and I don't have a trailer.

Ironically I'll be near some great big lake in WI that night, but here's a bump for a crowd of MINIs to stop by.

 

We're there! JCW Checkmate will be in the lot. Tell Johnny Joy and Bob said hi - he knows who I am......

 

I should be seeing Johnny this weekend, so I will tell him you say "hey". It'll be nice having some friendly faces in the crowd.

Just remember, the more you drink, the less we stink.

Except for the designated driver, of course...not much we can do there, but hand out ear-plugs at the door.

All funnin' aside, it should be a great time.
